Collection is via appointment only.
A contact number is required to process all orders. It can take 2-10 days to process the order but we will contact you with a delivery date as soon as possible. Any persons requiring a product urgently is advised to contact us at sales@fkbonline.co.uk or 01274 398677 for a delivery date.

Under the Sale of Goods Act – Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of receipt. If the item has already been delivered, it must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included, all items returned will have 25% of cost deducted to cover handling and re-stocking. In the case of free P&P another 10% will be added to cover delivery costs. If an item is faulty the manufacturer must be contacted as all of our products carry a 12 month minimum manufacturers warranty, unless otherwise stated. All worktops must be inspected on delivery, any damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery. There are no returns on worktops if they have been cut or altered in any way.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please email us within seven days of delivery. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall issue a refund to you. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging. If an email is not sent with seven days of delivery a refund/replacement may not be made/sent, it remains the discretion of FKB Kitchens & Bathrooms. There is no exchange available for items damaged in transit if not reported via email to sales@fkbonline.co.uk within seven days.

We may request images to speed up the exchange process, failure to provide these may prevent a refund/replacement being made/sent.

All items carry a minimum 12 months guarantee unless stated otherwise.
If your item becomes faulty you must contact the manufacturer to arrange repair or replacement, contact details can be provided if requested. FKB accept no liability for failed delivery or items damaged in transit.
